    About Almaroma

    The problem we're solving:

In Brazil 6.2% of the population has some kind of disability, whether physical, visual, hearing or intellectual. Of the total of people with disabilities, only 441.000 are employed in the formal labor market. Vacancies for this group represent less than 1% of the total formal jobs in Brazil. Difficulty of these groups to have access to job opportunities, income generation and socio-economic inclusion.

    Our solution:

Almaroma foster the commercialisation and distribution of assistive technologies and other services to support day to day activities of people with disabilities and the elderly.

    Our differentiator:

Fostering compliance with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN 2023 Agenda.

    Our biggest achievement:

In 2022, 21 PwDs worked in 39 Almaroma events, hired by 26 B2B corporate clients.
