I am a UK Business Development Team Lead at Shell, where I am responsible for the growth of Shell Recharge network by negotiating destination charging deals for the UK. I have over 3 years of experience in E-mobility, working at both scale-up and corporate levels, and developing strategy, commercial deals and integrated product offers designed for EV drivers, leveraging internal and external partnerships.

I also have a strong background in strategy and new business development, having led strategy projects that were key for unlocking growth for Shell Recharge in Europe, and supported M&A deals from technology and engineering perspectives. I have digital product and process development skills with a significant track record, and working-level knowledge of financial analysis. I hold a Green Belt - Lean Six Sigma Certification and a Strategic Problem Solving Capabilities Certificate. I am passionate about E-mobility and its potential to transform the transport sector and address the climate challenge. I lead a team of Business Development Managers and coach them to achieve their both commercial and personal goals. I also enjoy working as a freelance sports commentator for Eurosport TV, covering various sports events.
