About Roon:
Roon has spent the last 16 years at Shell. She is currently the Senior Advisor for Nature and Environment Solutions and had been a crude oil trader for the past seven years. Prior to this she held a team lead position in the environmental products trading sector of Shell for three years and was the head of origination in the environmental products for Shell for six years.
