Julia Youngs

I'm an experienced program manager, researcher, and event organizer with a passion for helping organizations build programs that are both impactful and accountable to the communities they serve. I thrive in working with startups and acceleration programs and have overseen accelerators in 4 continents. Currently, in my work at Simplicity Consulting, I support Microsoft's Global Social Entrepreneurship Program which engages impact-driven entrepreneurs around the world alongside ecosystem partners in order to tackle our most pressing global issues.

My DPhil work at the University of Oxford focuses on the growth of social movements in sanctuary cities that advocate for border abolition at the intersection of migration justice and climate justice.
